A short documentary about an artist who has built his own world within the walls of his studio.
At first, the viewer sees mostly rubble, but gradually, artist Lau Hijdendael reveals how the countless objects scattered throughout the space form a unique and imaginative landscape. Yet, his carefully crafted paradise is under threat from a more mundane, intrusive reality; one that proves difficult to keep out.
